How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend. We ship only within the United Kingdom. Orders before 3pm UK time Monday–Friday are dispatched the same business day; later orders, weekends and UK bank holidays are dispatched the next business day. Delivery is estimated at 1 business day after dispatch, excluding UK bank holidays. Next-business-day arrival is not guaranteed.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking number and carrier named in your dispatch email.
Where can I find product measurements?
Check the product details and select the size you need. If a measurement is missing, contact us before ordering.
How do I arrange a return?
We offer 30-day no-quibble returns from delivery on every product, including new, opened and slightly used items. Email support@my-christmas.co.uk with your order number for return instructions. Return items by post or courier; you pay return postage for a change of mind, while we cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods. There is no restocking fee. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier. We do not offer direct exchanges. Read our refund policy for full details and your statutory rights.
