Before you buy

Before ordering, measure the ceiling height and allow room for a topper, and check the floor space the widest branches will take up. A tree that sits a little below the ceiling looks balanced and is easier to decorate.

Care and storage

Shape the branches from the inside outwards when you unpack the tree, and stand it on a level surface. After Christmas, take the decorations off, fold the branches back and pack the sections in a dry place, away from damp and crushing weight.

Frequently asked questions

Are batteries included?

No. The LED string lights are included, but batteries are not.

How do I shape the branches?

Gently separate the bendable tips from the centre outwards to create an even outline.
